Quarr Abbey: Brick Architecture and Quiet Grounds

The red-brick abbey and wooded grounds make for a quiet visit between Ryde and Fishbourne. There’s also a tearoom and farm shop on site.

Look beyond the abbey church

After seeing the brick church, follow the signed visitor route towards the farm shop and tearoom. Look out for the entrance to the old stable block, a quieter architectural detail alongside the abbey’s much larger brick buildings.
